Lawyers
For patients who are referred to us by legal teams, we take a very collaborative approach, including the relevant representatives in meetings surrounding a client’s care. Through this collaboration, we are able to ensure the best course of action and care for our patients.
We can also provide expert, independent medico-legal reports that are clear, evidence-based, and fully compliant with UK legal standards. Our experienced team delivers timely assessments and reports to support litigation, Court of Protection cases, and dispute resolution. Acting for Claimants, Defendants, or as Single Joint Experts, we ensure accuracy, impartiality, and professionalism every step of the way.

Case Managers
At Active Neuro, we work with patients, their families and professionals, including Case Managers, to ensure that the person receiving care has a plan in place that is individual to them.
As part of the wider Active Care Group, we have experience working with Case Managers collaboratively and effectively. Rehabilitation plans can be reviewed by Case Managers, and they will be welcomed to be involved in the assessment and reporting meetings for their client.

Our rehabilitation technology and therapies are provided by our Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) including Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, Rehab Assistants and more.
We accept referrals from medical professionals looking for rehabilitation for their patients. We are able to support adults over the age of 18 of all genders with neurological conditions resulting from injury, illness or disease.

Families
Finding the right care for yourself or a loved one can be an overwhelming experience, we’re here to answer any questions you may have and will do our best to support your decision.
We provide technology-enhanced rehabilitation and clinically led therapies for adults with neurological conditions resulting from injury, illness or disease to achieve the best possible outcomes. Our facilities are located across the UK so that you and your loved one can be as close as possible during the rehabilitation period, as we value support playing a big factor in recovery.

Deputies
We work closely with deputies to provide transparent, outcome-focused rehabilitation and care for the patients that they support. With a multi-disciplinary approach, clear reporting, and flexible pathways, from inpatient rehabilitation to outpatient and Care in the Home, we aim to support informed decision-making and deliver meaningful, measurable progress for each patient. Our team is always available to discuss individual cases and collaborate on person-centred care plans.
