Consultant-led multidisciplinary teams with 24-hour nursing and specialist clinical care, so complex medical needs are managed on site while therapy continues. Our inpatient services are often the bridge between acute hospital care, intensive rehabilitation and returning home.

The Clinical Navigator can help coordinate your care and connects the different parts of your journey with Active Care Group. One pathway, one point of contact and one consistent clinical record from beginning to end means nobody has to start again or tell us their story twice when they begin a new stage in their recovery.

Your Concierge greets you on arrival, takes you to your room and settles you in. From then on they look after the practical side of being away from home, from visitors and appointments to deliveries, so you can put your energy into your rehabilitation.

Reads faint muscle signals and turns them into visible movement, so recovery can start at the bedside from the first days.

Reduces the weight going through the body as you walk, taking load off the joints while you rebuild balance and a natural walking pattern.
C-Mill
A treadmill that projects obstacles, stepping targets and virtual scenes onto the belt, so walking practice trains balance, timing and attention as well as strength.

From pre-admission through to discharge, one team coordinates the plan, aligns clinical and personal goals and keeps a consistent clinical record, so nobody has to tell their story twice.
Pre-admission
Enquiry received, with assessment and reports completed within 72 hours.
Admission
A welcome, not a check-in. Our multidisciplinary team completes the initial assessment and sets goals with you.
Treatment
A bespoke therapy programme of typically 20 to 30 hours a week, set by your clinical presentation and funding pathway, combining technology-based rehabilitation with hands-on therapy.
Discharge
Outcomes measured against your admission baseline. Discharge planning starts early in your stay, with the option of continuing as an outpatient considered.
Onward pathways
Outpatient access with us, care in the home through Active Assistance, or supported living through Active Care Group, all on the same record.
Fees and funding
Whether a family, an insurer or a commissioner is funding the placement, the pathway and the quality of care are the same.
Assessment and reports are completed within 72 hours of enquiry, and a written quotation follows. Case managers, solicitors, insurers and commissioners receive structured outcome reporting throughout the placement.
