Claire is the Compliance Manager at Woodlands Neurological Rehabiliation Centre and a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

She has worked within health and social care for over 20 years in a variety of roles. Her previous experience includes working for a brain injury charity in compliance, safeguarding, and mental health law, as well as serving on the bank of inspectors for the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in the areas of compliance and mental health law. Claire also holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Law.

Throughout her career, she has been a strong advocate for patient rights within mental health settings, ensuring that individuals are heard and their voices respected. This commitment continues to underpin her work as Compliance Manager at Woodlands.

Outside of her professional role, Claire is actively involved in two drama groups and regularly performs as an actor or singer in showcases, plays, and pantomimes.
