Emma has been part of the Woodlands Neurological Rehabilitation Centre team since 2014. She holds an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and previously worked as a Rehabilitation Assistant before moving into her current role. She now works closely with the qualified Speech and Language Therapist to support assessments and deliver therapy for patients.
Her work focuses primarily on supporting individuals with communication needs, as well as those experiencing eating, drinking, and swallowing difficulties. Emma provides both one-to-one sessions and group therapy, and collaborates with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive support in both clinical settings and the community.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys gardening and takes pride in growing her own vegetables. She also loves travelling, spending time with her family, and caring for her cats.
