Kirstie brings over three decades of experience in neurorehabilitation, with a career defined by clinical excellence and service innovation. Before her appointment, Kirstie was Clinical Lead at Neural Pathways, a specialist brain and spinal injury rehabilitation and therapy company part of Active Care Group’s Case Management division.

A specialist in neurorehabilitation, Kirstie qualified in 1993 from King’s College London and has spent the last 31 years working across the NHS, the Ministry of Defence, and in independent practice. Her experience spans Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Spinal Cord Injury (SCI), stroke, long-term neurological conditions, polytrauma, and community reintegration.

As Group Director of Therapies, Kirstie draws on her clinical and leadership expertise to support service development across the organisation, ensuring high-quality outcomes for the people in our care and continuing to build a culture of excellence across our therapy teams.
