As Group Director of Nursing at Active Care Group, Michelle brings over thirty years of nursing expertise and leadership experience to her role.
A Registered Critical Care Nurse, Michelle qualified at St James University Hospital in Leeds.

Michelle was Hospital Director at Lane Fox Remeo Respiratory Centre in Surrey, Active Care Group’s purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility that offers highly specialised care for patients with chronic respiratory conditions. Previously, Michelle served as Head of Nursing for Remeo UK and Ireland from 2014 to 2022.

Michelle has also had several managerial and leadership roles across NHS hospitals and the independent healthcare sector.

At Active Neuro, Michelle leads our ongoing service transformation and will support to ensure high-quality, person-centred services.
