Nangial is a Senior Physiotherapist at Hothfield Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre. He is HCPC-registered and holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Khyber Medical University, Pakistan, as well as an MSc in Advanced Practice from Glasgow Caledonian University, UK. Since 2019, he has gained extensive clinical experience across both musculoskeletal (MSK) and neurological conditions in Pakistan and the UK.
He began his career at the Armed Forces Institute of Rehabilitation and Medicine (AFIRM), Pakistan’s largest rehabilitation facility, where he built a strong foundation in MSK and neurorehabilitation. He later worked at the Swat Institute of Rehabilitation and Medical Sciences, managing a wide range of complex conditions and developing patient-centred, evidence-based treatment plans.
In the UK, he worked as an MSK Physiotherapist at The Physiotherapy Centre Ltd. in Sittingbourne, independently assessing and treating patients with musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. In his current role at Hothfield, Nangial manages complex neurorehabilitation cases, provides support and guidance to junior staff, and works closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver effective, person-centred care.
He brings a compassionate and outcomes-focused approach to physiotherapy and is committed to ongoing professional development through research, CPD, and collaborative practice. Outside of work, Nangial enjoys playing table tennis, reading, listening to music, and exploring nature through hiking and trekking.
