Yes. All our Active Neuro services are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). You can view the CQC rating for each service by visiting its dedicated location page. A complete list of our memberships and accreditations is also available here.

Yes. At Active Neuro, we take a person-centred approach. This means you’ll be fully involved in setting your own goals and making decisions about your rehabilitation journey, with support from our multi-disciplinary team.

Yes, family and loved ones are welcome to visit at any time. Your therapy sessions take place during the day, so you may need to work with your visitors to plan around this schedule.

To help you get the most out of your therapy, evenings and weekends are often the most suitable times for visits. We will always do our best to accommodate your visitors.

When you complete your rehabilitation, our support doesn’t end. You can continue as an outpatient, return for gym sessions, or follow a personalised therapy plan to meet your goals. If you prefer to recover at home, our Care in the Home service provides tailored support to help you stay independent in familiar surroundings.
