Kayleigh began her journey with Kibblesworth in August 2018 as a Support Worker. Through dedication and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care, she progressed into more senior roles, first as Team Leader and then as Deputy Manager. In September 2020, she was given the opportunity to manage another home within the organisation, where she gained valuable experience overseeing all aspects of service delivery and team management.

After a year in that role, Kayleigh returned to Kibblesworth in September 2021 to take on the position of Registered Manager. Since then, she has been proud to lead a dedicated team and guide the service through significant milestones, including its first CQC inspection under her management, which achieved a ‘Good’ rating. This outcome was a reflection of the team’s hard work, consistency, and commitment to high standards of care.

Over the course of her time at Kibblesworth, Kayleigh has seen the service grow in both strength and quality. She is passionate about creating a positive, person-centred environment where staff and the individuals supported can thrive. Her focus remains on developing the team, enhancing the quality of care, and ensuring a safe and supportive setting for all.
