We are pleased to announce the launch of our new website: active-neuro.co.uk.
Active Neuro, part of Active Care Group, offers transformative rehabilitation through technology-enhanced clinical pathways for adults within the UK with neurological conditions resulting from injury, illness or disease.
The new website showcases information for referrers, patients and their families and provides an easy user experience for all, with updated information, simplified navigation and a smooth enquiry process. It has also been designed to enable patients and their families, referrers, and commissioners to understand how we rebuild the independence of those we support.
The website also provides visitors with an in-depth insight into each of the four Active Neuro locations – Kibblesworth Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in Gateshead, Woodlands Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in York, Nottingham Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre in Nottingham and Hothfield Neurological Rehabilitation Centre in Kent. There are easy links to discover the service facilities, staff team, CQC rating, and how to make a referral. Throughout the coming months and as we head into phase two of the Active Neuro launch, additional services will come online.
A dedicated news section highlights how we support our patients in reaching their rehabilitation goals, as well as provides company updates and insights into the future of Active Neuro.
Chief Medical Officer of Active Care Group and Managing Director of Active Neuro, Dr Amit Chatterjee, said, “The launch of our new Active Neuro website marks an important step in how we share our services and support with patients, families, and professionals. Designed to be clear, accessible, and engaging, the site reflects our commitment to combining clinical expertise with innovation. It provides a space where people can explore our approach to neurorehabilitation, understand the difference we make, and easily connect with our team.
Our aim is to make accessing information and support as seamless and meaningful as the care we deliver.”
Explore the new website and do let us know of any feedback, so we can continue to create a person-centred experience for all.
