Through my lived experience, I have come to understand the critical importance of care, design, and support that truly place people at the centre. In my role, my aim is to ensure that the voices of patients and families are at the heart of everything we do, that we create spaces and services that truly empower people to live their best lives, that promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.”
