Active Neuro facilities are located in the heart of our clients' communities, providing easy access to a broad range of amenities, educational and occupational opportunities, and social and leisure pursuits. Every centre runs the same pathway with the same highly skilled teams and leading technology, so families can choose the setting closest to home without compromising on care.

Active Neuro operates the UK's only two Level 1 (highest acuity) neuro hospitals in the independent sector, alongside a network of specialist Level 2 centres and an outpatient hub. A new 52-bed hospital at Stoke Mandeville opens in summer 2027.

Rehabilitation does not end at discharge.

Active Neuro sits within Active Care Group, so clients can move on to supported living, to care in the home provided by Active Assistance, or continue with us as an outpatient. Same record, same point of contact, no provider handover.

Visits run Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Tell us which centre and we will show you the rooms, the therapy spaces and the technology, and answer anything you want to ask.
