After a road traffic accident left her with a spinal injury, Ele used our ExoMotus M4 and therapy support to regain strength, mobility and independence.
From using a wheelchair, she progressed to walking again, holding her granddaughter’s hand, and attending her son’s sports events.
Ele’s determination, combined with our technology-enhanced care, changed her life.
A big thank you for everything that you did to help him regain as much of his independence as possible after he fell ill with Guillain-Barré syndrome. Not only did you rehabilitate him, get him walking again and take great care of him when he had other medical setbacks, but you also showed him the love and care of a family and kept his spirits up.
There are many rays of sunshine at Woodlands, and I will always be grateful to you all for the unwavering love and support you gave me and for being the kind people that make the world a better place.
Woodlands has been exceptional for my son. The staff’s kindness, respect, and efforts to uplift his spirits have made a significant difference. The staff actively engage him in conversation, laughter, and provide personalised care, promoting his individual choices and preferences. The therapy team’s flexibility and encouragement, along with realistic goal setting, have kept him motivated and determined. From reception to care and kitchen staff, everyone has been fantastic, offering excellent communication, delicious food choices, and creating a warm and respectful atmosphere.
I appreciate how staff looked after my wife and I want to thank all the nursing staff.
I felt welcomed and immediately was impressed and reassured by the warmth and care.
When I arrived at Woodlands, I could barely feed myself and I didn’t have the use of my legs. I am leaving with full use of both arms and with the ability to walk completely unaided. Without the team at Woodlands, I could never have succeeded at my ultimate goal. Thank you to everybody at Woodlands in every single department for helping me on my road to recovery. Words of encouragement, a friendly smile, an impromptu chat, a shoulder to lean on, are all on off here at Woodlands. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. You have looked after me. You have encouraged me. You have given me self-belief. You have taught me once more how to be independent. Along the way, we’ve had a load of laughs and a load of tears.
My brother is settled and relaxed at Woodlands. He is receiving an excellent level of care. Thanks to the team.
Thank you to the staff for the level of care and the positive impact that you have had on my life.
Thank you to the Woodlands team for their outstanding care of my father.
